Circuit repair services |

| CIS provides network monitoring through our online platform. The system will notify the end user and the CIS support group when an issue or failure is detected in the network. CIS has a number of levels of repair and support services that our customers can leverage. Customers can perform their own tier 1 support and pay to have escalation support when standard troubleshooting techniques do not bring the service back online. Customers can use the portals network monitoring and ticketing system to manage the entire support process in house. Also users can outsource the entire support function to CIS where we will proactively monitor the network and react to network outage events as soon as they occur and work the problem through resolution. |

| The software platform creates a profile for preferred connectivity and will continue to search for solutions that provide better performance, stability, or price point. The system will notify you if a new circuit option is available at a given location and provide contract details for termination date, early termination fee and new install fee to give you a full cost of conversion. This system gives our users the ability to continually drive the best price to performance ratio possible from their infrastructure. |

PCI Management |

Since 2005, the Corporate IT Solutions Management team has worked with dozens of retail, restaurant, and hospitality organizations providing PCI compliant broadband WAN solutions. CIS has PCI certified VPN configurations for Sonic Wall, Juniper, WatchGuard, Fortinet, and Cisco. Once our clients select VPN hardware that best fits their business needs and financial goals, our engineering team will customize our standard VPN configurations to meet each client's networking goals. After the new network configuration is completed, CIS will conduct a PCI scan of the new hardware and design. Following a successful PCI scan, CIS will store the baseline configuration as PCI compliant and will lab test and rescan any future configuration changes to keep the network compliant.
Once the WAN is installed, CIS provides continued PCI management support to clients. The following activities are provided for clients using our standard management services:
- All Syslog data is stored and available for 2 years
- User name and password rotation/management
- Centralized configuration management to rapidly address design changes
- Security alerts if a configuration change creates a security breach
- Certified PCI scanning partnerships
